Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• The item must be in original condition and not altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items or discounted products.

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Underwear, swimwear, or any other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nadiagio.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, you will be given a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

• If your return does not meet the requirements stated above, we may refuse to process your return or refund.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
