This website and e-commerce store is owned and managed by Nadia Gio. All information, products, and services provided are solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Any new tools or features added shall also be subject to these Terms.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

3. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

If any items are out of stock, delayed, or differently priced, we will attempt to contact you using the details you provided.

 

4. PAYMENT

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments in USD. All cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by the issuer. If authorization fails, we are not liable for delay or non-delivery. For first-time buyers, we may require the shipping address to match the billing address.

By submitting an order, you confirm that payment information is valid and authorized.

 

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to reverse a transaction. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. At Nadia Gio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or cancellation under the following terms:

 

• You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@nadiagio.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
• If your order has already been shipped or delivered, it will be treated as a return (see below).
• Once your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

• You have the right to return items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• To initiate a return, please email us at info@nadiagio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days.

 

 

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You understand your content (excluding payment info) may be transferred unencrypted across networks.

3. قبول الطلبات

عرض المنتجات على الموقع لا يُعد عرضًا للبيع. عند قيامك بتقديم طلب، فإنك بذلك تقدم عرضًا لشراء المنتجات. نحتفظ بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي طلب، ولن يتم قبول الطلب إلا إذا كانت المنتجات متوفرة في المخزون وبالسعر المذكور.

في حال عدم توفر بعض المنتجات، أو حدوث تأخير في توفرها، أو اختلاف السعر، سنحاول التواصل معك باستخدام البيانات المقدمة أثناء الطلب.

 

4. الدفع

نقبل الدفع عبر بطاقات فيزا وماستركارد بعملة الدولار الأمريكي (USD). جميع حاملي البطاقات يخضعون لعمليات تحقق وتفويض من جهة الإصدار. في حال رفض التفويض، فإننا غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير أو عدم تسليم.

قد نطلب، في بعض الحالات (مثل الطلبات الأولى)، أن يكون عنوان الشحن مطابقًا لعنوان الفواتير.

بتقديم طلب شراء، فإنك تقر بأن بيانات الدفع صحيحة ومصرح بها.

 

5. سياسة الإلغاء

يجوز إلغاء الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الشراء لاسترداد قيمة العملية. يُرجى التواصل معنا فورًا في حال رغبتكم في الإلغاء.

في نادية جيو، نحرص على رضاكم التام عن مشترياتكم. وإذا لم تكن راضيًا عن طلبك لأي سبب كان، يمكنك تقديم طلب إرجاع أو إلغاء وفقًا للشروط التالية:

• يحق لك إلغاء طلبك خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام المنتجات.
• لطلب الإلغاء، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني info@nadiagio.comمع ذكر رقم الطلب وسبب الإلغاء.
• إذا كان قد تم شحن الطلب أو تسليمه بالفعل، فسيتم التعامل معه كطلب إرجاع (يرجى مراجعة سياسة الإرجاع أدناه).
• بمجرد الموافقة على الإلغاء، سنقوم ببدء إجراءات استرداد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
• يحق لك إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
• يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وفي عبوتها الأصلية، وبحالة تسمح بإعادة بيعها.
• لبدء إجراءات الإرجاع، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني info@nadiagio.comمع ذكر رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع، وسنقوم بتزويدك بتعليمات الإرجاع.
• يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع، ما لم يكن المنتج معيبًا أو تم إرساله عن طريق الخطأ.
• بمجرد استلامنا المنتجات المُرجعة وفحصها، سنقوم بمعالجة استرداد المبلغ خلال 10أيام عمل.

6. الشروط العامة

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض الخدمة لأي شخص وفي أي وقت. أنت تدرك أن المحتوى الذي تقدمه (باستثناء معلومات الدفع) قد يتم نقله دون تشفير عبر الشبكات.

توافق على تعويض وحماية "نادية جيو" وشركائها من أي مطالبات أو نفقات (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة) تنشأ عن خرقك لهذه الشروط أو انتهاكك لأي قوانين أو حقوق أطراف ثالثة.

 

16. القابلية للفصل

في حال اعتبار أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قانوني أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، تظل بقية البنود سارية ونافذة المفعول.

يجوز لأي طرف إنهاء هذه الشروط في أي وقت. كما يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إذا اعتقدنا أنك انتهكت أيًا من هذه الشروط. تبقى الالتزامات الناشئة قبل الإنهاء سارية بعده.

 

18. الاتفاق الكامل

تشكل هذه الشروط، إلى جانب السياسات المنشورة على الموقع، الاتفاق الكامل بينك وبيننا، وتُلغي أي اتفاقات أو مراسلات سابقة.
